Covid vaccine guidelines

Please do not come to your appointment if you or anyone in your household develops any symptoms such as continuous cough, loss of taste or smell or a high temperature, or you or anyone in your household has tested positive or is waiting for a COVID-19.

You cannot have the vaccine if you:

  • Have received another vaccine in the last 7 days
  • Have had a positive COVID-19 test in the last 28 days
  • Have a high temperature
  • Have had an unexplained anaphylaxis reaction in the past.
  • Have had a previous serious allergic reaction in the past to a drug or another vaccine.

 

If you think you have any of the above, call and speak to reception who can advise.

Please call us to cancel your Covid-19 vaccine if you cannot attend so we can offer your appointment to someone else.

During the clinic

Please arrive on time, this should prevent queuing however please expect to queue for a short amount of time.

The station will be set up in reception so please wear loose fitting clothes which allow the clinician easy access to your arm.

Your cannot drive for 15 minutes after your vaccine so please ask someone to bring you wherever possible due to our limited parking facilities.

Finally, if you are already booked in to a Vaccine centre, please cancel this appointment.
